The Rogers Family has dedicated their lives to reach out and help those in need around the world. My dad, Dave, is an investor and travels around the world looking for ways to invest into lives and communities. His work is humanitarian and one of his projects is called "Ransom Wear." Ransom Wear helps rescue Nepalese women (some as young as 7 years of age) from brothels in India and returns them to Nepal. There they receive counseling, medical treatment and are reunited with their families. Some families no longer want their child so in these cases, we teach them job skills to make a living.
As a part of his investing, Dad tries to take us along on some of his trips. He wants us to see the world and learn how to make a positive difference in another person's life. So our family is in this together - Dad and his 3 kids! In the picture above, Dad is in the middle with me, Dallas (14) on his left and his daughter Alexi (12) on the right; and Carson (8) in the front. Dad told me to leave out his age but he didn't say I couldn't give hints! Let's just say...well, his best childhood friend was Moses!
Dad and I made a video of his trip to Asia 2008 that shows some of the things we are doing there. I've also made a video of our family trip to Asia in 2007 and placed them both on the "Our Videos" page in the left column. You will definitely want to see them! My job is to keep this website up to date so that you will know what our family is up to. I hope you enjoy our site! - Dallas
By the way...I'm starting my own business called "Generational Legacies." Please click here to visit my site. Thanks! - Dallas
